You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Users must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.
Taxdax provides a platform for Clients to find and engage Preparers. Taxdax is not a party to the agreements or transactions between Clients and Preparers.
Preparers are required to pay a subscription fee to access and use certain features of the platform. Details about the subscription plans are available on the platform.

Taxdax is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including disputes between Clients and Preparers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion.
